EDITING
The editing process consists of reading any piece of work, and being able to give criticism for the content that is there and give feedback on how to improve the piece. I have practiced this editing process through several workshop classes at UCF and through my internship with The Florida Review.
THE FLORIDA REVIEW
Internship
During my time at the University of Central Florida, for two semesters I have interned with the national literary magazine The Florida Review. I have learned how to push aside my own taste in certain pieces and how to critically analyze what is working in the piece and what is not. I have also learned how to proofread grammatical errors, and fact check correct titles and places. I was apart of the 42.1, Spring 2018 Issue as well as the editing process for Aquifer.
